vor dem Hintergrund verschiedener Anfragen zum BMW Festival „The Next 100 Years“ bestätigen wir Euch, dass die BMW Group an der Veranstaltung festhält.

 

Mit Rücksicht auf die jüngsten Ereignisse hat sich die BMW Group dazu entschlossen, das Programm des BMW Festivals anzupassen.

 

Folgende Programmpunkte finden statt:

 

  • Die BMW Festival Night findet am Samstag, den 10. September im Olympiastadion statt (die BMW Festival Night am Freitagabend entfällt – bereits gekaufte Tickets können eingetauscht werden oder werden alternativ erstattet).
  • Im BMW Museum ist unverändert das gesamte Wochenende die Ausstellung „100 Meisterstücke“ zu sehen.
  • In der BMW Welt geben wir mit dem BMW Vision NEXT 100 wie geplant einen Ausblick in die Zukunft der BMW Group.
  • Wir erwarten Euch, wie geplant, in der Parkharfe ab Freitag, den 09.September 2016 bis 12.00 Uhr mit Euren Fahrzeugen. Danach dürfen auf die ausgewiesenen Flächen keine Fahrzeuge mehr eingebracht werden. Zu spät eintreffende Fahrzeuge werden zwischengeparkt und können am Samstag, den 10.09.2016 bis 09.00 Uhr auf die ausgewiesenen Flächen gestellt werden (Details zur Fahrzeugeinbringung werden über die Cluborganisationen bereitgestellt).
  • Das Programm am Freitag in der Parkharfe beginnt unverändert ab 12.00 Uhr.
  • Am Samstag haben wir für Sie zwischen 10.00 und 18:00 ein abwechslungsreiches Bühnenprogramm in der Parkharfe für Sie vorbereitet. Der Einlass ins Olympiastadion beginnt voraussichtlich um 17:00 Uhr.
  • Wir bitten Sie Ihr Fahrzeug am Sonntag, den 11.09.2016 bis 12:00 in der Parkharfe abzuholen. Am Sonntag finden im Olympiapark keine weiteren Aktivitäten mehr statt, das Museum kann selbstverständlich besucht werden.

Based on the increased number of enquiries regarding the BMW Festival “The Next 100 Years”, we confirm that the BMW Group will still be conducting the event.

Taking into account the recent events, the BMW Group has decided to adapt the programme of the BMW Festival.

The progamme will be as follows:

  • The BMW Festival Night will take place on Saturday, September 10th in the Olympic Stadium (the BMW Festival Night on Friday evening has been dropped – tickets already purchased can be exchanged or will be reimbursed alternatively).
  • At the weekend the ‘100 Masterpieces’ exhibition will remain open to visitors.
  • At BMW Welt, the BMW Vision Next will give visitors a look into the future of the BMW Group as planned.
  • We will be expecting you and your vehicles in the parking bay from Friday, September 9th by 12.00 am as planned. After 12.00 am no vehicles may enter the designated area any longer. Vehicles arriving too late are parked at an interim site and can be parked in the designated areas on Saturday, September 10th until 9.00 am (the club organisations will provide the details where to place the vehicles).
  • The programme will take place on Friday in the parking bay from 12.00 am as planned.
  • We have arranged a diverse stage programme in the parking bay for you on Saturday from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm. Admission to the Olympic stadium is planned to begin at 5.00 pm.
  • We would ask you to collect your vehicle from the parking bay by 12.00 am on Sunday, September 11th. There will be no other activities in the Olympic Park on Sunday; the museum is of course open to visitors.
